Stéphanie Pissis-Gauer

Co-Founder

Rooted in the heritage of Swiss hospitality pioneers and shaped by a solid corporate career in pharmaceutical finance, Stéphanie is a triathlete and mother of three who chose to dedicate her full time and expertise to what she loves most: sports, wellness, and hospitality.

Her corporate background was built through senior pharmaceutical finance roles at Novartis Hellas, where she developed a strong foundation in strategic planning, financial structuring, and operational leadership. This analytical discipline continues to inform her structured, results-driven approach to wellness development.

Her transition from pharmaceuticals into wellness marked the beginning of her work in shaping large-scale, high-impact wellness and fitness initiatives. Over the years, she has played a central role in the conception, structuring, and evolution of major wellness platforms and experiential projects. She has contributed to reshaping wellness concepts for Ma Chérie Wellness stores, Ma Chérie Skin the day spa, and Holmes Place Group, while also leading large-scale initiatives such as the creation and launch of the Be Well Movement, a mass-engagement wellness platform designed to make wellbeing accessible, experiential, and culturally embedded.

As Co-Founder of Blatnik Gauer, Stéphanie approaches every partnership and project with strategic clarity, consistency, and a strong mission-driven mindset. She brings together financial discipline, operational structure, and creative vision to build ventures that are both commercially sound and emotionally resonant.

At the intersection of performance, wellbeing, and hospitality, her work reflects a clear belief: wellness is not a trend, but a culture, one that must be thoughtfully designed, lived, and continuously evolved. Through Blatnik Gauer, she continues to shape meaningful collaborations and forward-thinking concepts that elevate wellness from service offering to lifestyle ecosystem.
